TL;DR

Head of Growth (Marketing): Leading the China team and architecting the go-to-market engine to acquire users via strategic partnerships with mobile game publishers with an accent on building repeatable GTM playbooks and scaling outbound motions. Focus on driving Tier-1 deals, mentoring the CSM team, and translating market insights into product strategy.

Location: On-site in Beijing (5 days a week in the office)

Salary: €150K – €180K

What you will do

  • Architect and own a repeatable GTM playbook, including segmentation, messaging, and CRM workflows to ensure speed and precision.
  • Personally drive Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration, landing key accounts to unlock the market.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the CSM team, taking responsibility for their KPIs and career growth.
  • Create a tight feedback loop with Product and Engineering to translate publisher needs into a prioritized backlog.
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives, including formal referral systems and AI-optimized global sync tools.
  • Define operational rituals of success, including qualification standards, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of running full-cycle enterprise sales (prospect to close) while managing a team of 2–5 people.
  • Experience building outbound engines from scratch, including experimentation with A/B outreach and sequencing.
  • Ability to translate complex product features into quantified ROI for Monetization and LiveOps leaders at major game studios.
  • Experience leading and keeping remote or multi-geo teams (Berlin/China/Israel) engaged and high-performing.
  • Strong operational rigor with CRM data and a passion for leveraging AI tools to scale human effort.
  • Must be based in Beijing for full-time on-site work.
