What you will do

• Own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Meta, and other acquisition channels.
• Manage performance marketing entirely in-house, overseeing bidding, targeting, budget pacing, and creative testing.
• Translate business goals for credit cards, loans, and insurance into actionable paid media plans focusing on ROI and GP contribution.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Content teams to improve tracking accuracy and landing page performance.
• Lead structured experimentation and A/B testing to refine keyword strategies and user journeys.
• Coach and guide peer performance marketers to ensure execution quality and shared learning.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media with a track record of meeting ROI targets.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Facebook Ads Manager, and DV 360.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and DoubleClick Campaign Manager.
• Strong ability to use quantitative data for strategy recommendations and optimization.
• Must be based in Hong Kong
