Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Review complaint investigations for completeness and establish root causes at the system or component level.
• Communicate directly with customers and suppliers to gather and provide information.
• Document detailed investigation findings and reports.
• Propose and implement corrective actions as needed to improve product quality.
• Support the overall quality improvement and corrective and prevention action (CAPA) programs.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a college degree program at the start of the internship.
• Must be able to work onsite in Chelmsford, MA.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts and practices related to electronic technology.
• Basic computer skills in MS Windows and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally within a multi-disciplined organization.

Nice to have

• Graduation from a Vocational Technical High School with a technical or electronics focus.
• Hands-on experience with soldering, ESD handling, and electro-mechanical assembly methods.
• Experience utilizing mechanical and electronic test equipment.
• Familiarity with FDA QSR and USA/international regulatory Medical Device Reporting.
