What you will do

• Lead and mentor multiple software engineering teams developing applications using a Go, Python, and Java stack.
• Drive execution and delivery of features by collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, and product owners.
• Oversee sprint planning and stand-ups, aligning priorities and resource allocation with leadership.
• Participate in architecture discussions and perform code reviews to maintain high technical excellence.
• Grow the organization through strategic hiring with an emphasis on diversity and culture.
• Manage service ownership and refine on-call processes to maintain strict high availability SLAs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and scaling large-scale complex distributed systems or full-stack SaaS applications.
• 3+ years of experience managing managers and architects.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented compiled language such as Java or C++.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and best practices in design and deployment.
• Related technical degree.
• Must be based in San Francisco, California.

Nice to have

• Experience with ASR, TTS, Voice-to-Voice models, Telephony, SIP, and PSTN technologies.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including Deep Learning and NLP.
• Experience building microservices using AWS, GCE, or Azure.
