Salary: $68,400 – $96,600 (depending on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Analyze defaulted Home Equity Investments to develop effective recovery and loss mitigation strategies.
• Manage communication and collaboration between customers, investors, attorneys, and subservicers.
• Conduct audits and call monitoring to ensure subservicers adhere to performance and compliance standards.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure adherence to mortgage servicing regulatory standards.
• Train and coach existing team members on new policies and procedures to enhance technical skills.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the proprietary servicing system and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Mortgage, HELOC, or Home Equity Investment (HEI) servicing, specifically in default management.
• Deep technical knowledge of foreclosure processes and the ability to interpret title reports to resolve lien issues.
• Proven experience in subservicer oversight, auditing, and call monitoring.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data to build effective loss mitigation plans.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) required.
• Must reside in one of hirify.global’s states of operation (USA).
