What you will do

• Prepare daily customer billing and ensure accuracy in revenue recognition.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities to ensure financial reporting integrity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and IT to resolve billing inquiries.
• Contribute to annual audit readiness by reinforcing internal controls and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize billing operations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Based in or able to work from Boston, MA or Houston, TX.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for handling large datasets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional partnership.

Nice to have

• Prior billing experience within a SaaS or subscription-based company.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements in finance operations.
