Salary: $50,300 - $69,125

What you will do

• Evaluate phone interactions of representatives and advisors to ensure compliance with internal policies and financial services industry regulations.
• Provide continuous feedback through written evaluations and escalate critical monitoring issues to management.
• Extract and organize metrics to create month-end reporting and facilitate call calibration exercises for consistency.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Supervision, and Training teams to identify performance gaps and contribute to learning solutions.
• Assist in the organization of training projects, including developing materials and facilitating sessions on evaluation methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses required.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with sound judgment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
