Salary: $43,600 – $60,025

• Process back-office administrative items including new account setups, transfers, and disbursements.
• Review paperwork and application data within internal operations systems.
• Resolve administrative issues through professional communication via letters, emails, and phone calls.
• Ensure completeness of documentation and perform daily transaction audits.
• Communicate processing-related issues to operations and sales call centers.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
