Senior Producer (CGI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 90,000–105,000 annually

What you will do

• Translate creative concepts into executable production plans across CGI, motion, retouching, photography, and post-production.
• Own end-to-end production delivery from pre-production through final asset delivery.
• Lead estimates, budgets, forecasts, financial tracking, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery expectations.
• Coordinate clients, creatives, CGI artists, photographers, retouchers, filmmakers, producers, and resource managers across global locations.
• Forecast, book, and onboard freelance resources; negotiate supplier costs and manage third-party relationships.
• Maintain project documentation, including estimates, purchase orders, NDAs, and MSAs.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of production experience in a CGI-led studio environment, ideally within a brand or packaging-focused agency.
• Experience with client-facing production, pre-production, post-production, and video shoots.
• Ability to create and review statements of work, identify project risks, and draft indicative budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to manage, coach, and lead production artists and direct reports.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ShotGrid, Jira, or Trello.
• Ability to develop production management best practices and processes in a fast-paced delivery environment.
