What you will do

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing strategy, interview coordination, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and priorities.
  • Optimize recruiting operations to increase the speed, quality, and efficiency of hiring.
  • Coach hiring managers on creating impactful job descriptions and making timely hiring decisions.
  • Partner with the VP of Human Resources and HR Business Partner on various people function tasks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience across a variety of functions.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective strategies for high-volume hiring.
  • Expertise in proactive sourcing and diligent candidate follow-up.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Nice to have

  • BS/BA in Business or a related field.
  • Experience with Lever (Applicant Tracking System).
