Salary: $135,000–$190,000

What you will do
- Lead and develop a lean team of TA Specialists while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Personally manage a requisition load for technical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Drive operational consistency by building scalable, unified global recruiting processes.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
- Partner with leadership to develop hiring plans and evolve global employer branding.
- Manage the global internship program and university partnerships.
Requirements
- 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in AI or high-growth tech companies.
- Proven experience managing recruiters and partnering with senior leadership.
- Strong technical recruiting background with a track record of improving workflows.
- Experience with Ashby or AI-native ATS platforms is required.
- Deep understanding of applying AI and automation within recruiting workflows.
- Ability to operate effectively as both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor.
