What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates across LinkedIn, professional networks, events, and communities.
• Run structured interviews to assess skills, track record, and cultural fit.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends in GTM recruiting and market dynamics.
• Contribute to employer branding by representing the company within the GTM community.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required
• Experience as a GTM Recruiter in a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
• Strong understanding of GTM roles and required skill sets.
• Proficiency in using Ashby ATS and recruitment tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple searches.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on creative sourcing strategies.
