TL;DR

Location: 100% Remote - Must be a permanent resident of the United States
Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage post-implementation relationships and success metrics for a high-volume, pooled book of business.
- Execute value realization touchpoints and scaled outreach to reinforce product value.
- Monitor account health using Totango and Salesforce to proactively flag and mitigate risks.
- Own the renewal process, including contract review, quoting, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Capture client success stories and feedback to guide product and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or client strategy (SaaS preferred).
- Proven ability to manage both strategic accounts and high-volume portfolios.
- Experience with CRM and CS platforms like Salesforce, Totango, and Zendesk.
- Must be a permanent resident of the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
