TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion for BarTender and Track & Trace solutions with an accent on strategic relationship management and value realization. Focus on building executive-level partnerships, identifying churn risks, and translating customer insights into product feedback.
Location: Hybrid from Redmond, WA or Remote within the United States. Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Salary: $70,100 - $107,200 base + quarterly commission

What you will do
- Own post-sale relationships and drive product adoption, health, and retention for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- Develop structured success plans and build trusted partnerships with key internal and external executive sponsors.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and execute on renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Act as a cross-functional orchestrator and escalation point to resolve critical customer issues.
- Translate customer insights and feedback into actionable data for Product and Engineering teams.
- Execute mitigation plans to identify risks early and prevent customer churn.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or TAM roles within the software industry.
- Proven success managing enterprise customers in complex operational environments.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable retention and expansion outcomes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and BI platforms such as Power BI.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
