TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Partnering with medium and high-tier customers to maximize the value of spend management solutions with an accent on driving retention, satisfaction, and expansion. Focus on developing customer success plans, conducting business reviews, and identifying growth opportunities within the P2P domain.

Location: Must be located on the East Coast of the US (Eastern Standard Time zone). Relocation is not provided.

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 USD base + 20% annual bonus

What you will do

  • Manage high- and medium-tier accounts to ensure measurable business outcomes and maximize investment value.
  • Develop and maintain customer success plans and conduct regular Customer Business Reviews.
  • Collaborate with Account Management on governance meetings and identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Proactively identify at-risk customers and implement mitigation and retention strategies.
  • Create scalable success content, including tutorials, webinars, and FAQs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence internal product, process, and organizational improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
  • Must be currently located in the Eastern Standard Time zone (US East Coast).
  • Hands-on experience with accounts payable processes and the purchase-to-pay (P2P) domain.
  • Proven commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth and sales results.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive, data-driven approach to problem solving.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Freshdesk, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
