Focus on developing AMPS strategies, identifying distribution opportunities, and designing customer plans across a 6-month to 2-year strategic horizon.

Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada; hybrid workplace

Salary: CAD 73,043–112,487 annually for the sales range; CAD 71,596–110,257 annually for the non-sales range

What you will do

  • Translate brand strategies into actionable customer selling stories using category, competitor, customer, and market insights.
  • Prepare presentations, reporting, and recommendations that support business growth and customer team execution.
  • Lead innovation, distribution, and customer activation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support integrated business planning, long-range planning preparation, business reviews, and market-dynamics analysis.
  • Develop category and customer strategies across a 6-month to 2-year planning horizon.
  • Support AMPS strategies covering assortment, merchandising, pricing, and shelving, using customer sales tools and market reviews.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in category management, sales, marketing, or trade management at a leading CPG company.
  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success in customer management, business planning, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel skills, process orientation, and analytical capability.
  • Basic experience with Exceedra or another trade promotion management tool, plus experience using Nielsen WS+/Answers.
