What you will do

• Own the end-to-end content strategy and web copy for hirify.global.com to meet acquisition and conversion goals.
• Design intent-led content structures, page frameworks, and navigation flows to streamline user journeys.
• Build high-performance messaging frameworks that translate complex product value propositions into human-centric copy.
• Identify friction points in the web experience and validate content solutions via A/B testing and experimentation.
• Collaborate with interaction designers, product managers, and engineers to ship cohesive web experiences.
• Implement and govern AI tools to scale messaging consistency and ensure content quality and trust.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in content strategy, content design, UX writing, or web copywriting.
• Proven experience designing and governing AI-driven content experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing web experiences.
• Track record of high-volume A/B testing and experimentation on web properties.
• Ability to shape and socialize content strategy rationale with senior executives.
• US-based residency is required.
