What you will do

• Create concise English in-app guidance to help members understand and act on their health data.
• Co-create with AI, integrating LLMs into the writing process for purposeful and creative content.
• Lead content design from feature discovery to final implementation in iOS and Android apps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, science, clinical, legal, and engineering teams.
• Advocate for hirify.global's signature health philosophy and maintain a consistent tone of voice.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, California.
• 5+ years of proven hands-on content design or UX writing experience.
• Demonstrated experience using AI or LLMs as creative tools for prompting and scaling.
• Strong understanding of tone, clarity, and emotional nuance in digital products.
• Ability to lead work streams and manage complex stakeholder communications.
• Genuine passion for helping people live healthier lives through technology.

Nice to have

• Background in health, behavioral science, or related domains.
• Experience writing for multilingual or global audiences.
• Familiarity with UX research methods and user testing of content.
