Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead the creation of digital shelf content, including text, image headlines, and storefronts, using AI tools to scale production.
• Apply keyword research and SEO best practices to optimize content for retailer algorithms and AI shopping assistants.
• Build and integrate AI-enabled workflows to efficiently produce, refine, and govern content across multiple brands.
• Translate shopper research and e-commerce best practices into measurable content programs for Amazon and Walmart.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account teams while mentoring junior content strategists.
• Analyze performance metrics and industry trends to continuously refine content strategies and demonstrate impact.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce content creation, optimization, and strategy.
• Proven track record of optimizing product detail page (PDP) content on Amazon and Walmart.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and integrations to produce content at scale.
• Proficiency with PIM/DAM systems such as Salsify and Syndigo.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
