What you will do

• Build, maintain, and execute a weekly and quarterly content calendar aligned with company priorities.
• Produce and edit high-quality content across blogs, executive thought leadership, customer stories, and product narratives.
• Translate complex AI, legal, and business topics into clear, engaging, and customer-focused narratives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to source stories and align messaging.
• Monitor content performance and refine editorial strategy based on audience engagement and industry trends.
• Set and maintain high editorial standards for accuracy, clarity, tone, and consistency across all channels.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience creating original content and identifying relevant industry trends.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas.
• Experience building and managing editorial calendars tied to business and marketing goals.
• Must be based in the US (Remote or San Francisco), though Canada-based support is mentioned.
• Working understanding of AI concepts and a strong interest in the AI space.
• Strong research skills, critical thinking, and high attention to detail.
