What you will do

• Build long-term, value-based relationships and expand existing accounts to improve margins.
• Prospect for new business through active sales calls to grow territory size.
• Provide technical support and consultant services to increase overall customer value.
• Maintain a clear sales pipeline and coordinate customer quotations and pricing.
• Collaborate with Local Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Maintain a strict commitment to personal and team safety.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or chemical distribution is required.
• Mandatory sales experience in Food, Pharma, or Personal Care chemicals.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong negotiation skills and business savvy regarding the manufacturer-distributor-end user relationship.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 3 days per week).
