What you will do

• Drive profitable sales growth by managing existing and acquiring new foodservice distributors and operators in CA and NV.
• Create and execute tailored account strategies and negotiate contract proposals.
• Deliver annual sales and contribution margin targets.
• Collaborate internally with Product Management, Commercial Excellence, and Customer Service to support business growth.
• Participate in the commercialization process for new items and packaging changes.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools for pipeline, negotiation, and margin management.

Requirements

• Located within the Market (California or Nevada).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Foodservice Distribution industry.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, an analytical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willing to travel up to 60% for customer meetings and market visits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
