TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Driving new customer acquisition and expansion across the Commercial (SMB) segment with an accent on technical sales and AI-enabled workflows. Focus on running full-cycle sales motions, conducting structured discovery, and navigating technical stakeholders such as CTOs and CIOs.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (Required in-office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, demoing, and closing.
  • Run high-quality discovery calls to translate business outcomes into a clear value narrative.
  • Deliver tailored live demos and light solution design to unblock customer adoption.
  • Navigate complex commercial requirements involving security, legal, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to funnel customer insights back into the business.
  • Forecast accurately and execute high-velocity sales to meet or exceed quotas.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of closing experience in a full-cycle quota-carrying role.
  • Experience selling to technical buyer personas (e.g., CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, VP Product).
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.
  • Must be based in Dublin to adhere to the hybrid office schedule (Anchor Days).
  • Strong outbound discipline and ability to influence complex customer organizational structures.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve personal productivity.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Czech.
  • Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models.
  • Prior exposure to developer tooling, APIs, data, infrastructure, or AI products.
  • Previous experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup.
