What you will do

• Acquire new enterprise customers across various industries within the UK&I region.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
• Develop strategic territory plans and build a robust pipeline through self-directed prospecting.
• Engage senior executives (SVP/C-Level) using a consultative, value-centric approach to map ROI and drive digital transformation.
• Collaborate with BDRs, Presales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery and goal alignment.
• Conduct product demos, present business cases, and coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales, specifically within Contact Centers or Conversational AI environments.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles with C-level executives.
• Strong hunter mentality and ability to drive sales cycles independently.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-centric, personable demeanor.
• Ability to function effectively in a remote work environment.
• Must have experience operating within the UK&I market.
