Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland) — must be in the office at least three days per week

What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to build and prioritize strategic target account lists based on firmographics and intent data.
- Engage new prospects and existing customers throughout the sales funnel, from initial contact to adoption and expansion.
- Operate across both high-velocity and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Develop deep product expertise in Fin's Customer Agent and Sales Agent products to articulate value propositions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize pipeline conversion.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience.
- Proven prospecting skills across cold calling, email, and social channels.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- High level of curiosity regarding how AI is transforming sales and customer service.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong ambition to advance into a closing sales role.
Nice to have
- Professional experience in Sales or SaaS environments.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Familiarity with tools such as SFDC, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
