TL;DR

Business Development Representative (AI): Driving revenue growth for the Fin Sales organization by generating high-quality pipeline through strategic prospecting with an accent on intent data and multi-channel engagement. Focus on managing both high-velocity and complex sales cycles to identify and convert top opportunities.

Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland) — must be in the office at least three days per week

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to build and prioritize strategic target account lists based on firmographics and intent data.
  • Engage new prospects and existing customers throughout the sales funnel, from initial contact to adoption and expansion.
  • Operate across both high-velocity and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop deep product expertise in Fin's Customer Agent and Sales Agent products to articulate value propositions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize pipeline conversion.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer-facing work experience.
  • Proven prospecting skills across cold calling, email, and social channels.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • High level of curiosity regarding how AI is transforming sales and customer service.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong ambition to advance into a closing sales role.

Nice to have

  • Professional experience in Sales or SaaS environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SFDC, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
