What you will do

  • Manage daily field activities to support patient access in key neurology centers and provider offices.
  • Execute collaborative territory plans in partnership with sales, market access, and HUB services.
  • Provide in-person and virtual education to healthcare provider staff on approved patient access services.
  • Review and educate offices on payer policies, including prior authorization requirements.
  • Analyze patient-specific coverage challenges to resolve issues and ensure therapy access.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding local payer trends and access barriers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with expertise in payer policy and reimbursement.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in benefit verifications and prior-authorization (rare disease preferred).
  • Knowledge of CMS policies and processes, specifically Medicare Part D.
  • Ability to travel domestically 60-70% of the time.
  • Valid driver’s license for travel to healthcare provider sites.
