Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ (5 days per week)

What you will do

  • Execute high-energy outbound activity to build and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Lead high-quality discovery conversations to uncover customer goals and business pain points.
  • Deliver outcome-focused product demos tailored to small business needs to showcase platform value.
  • Proactively manage deals through Salesforce, ensuring meticulous documentation and accurate forecasting.
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and internal resources to refine pitches and accelerate the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
  • 2+ years of proven inside sales success in fast-paced, high-activity environments.
  • Proven experience managing sales pipelines within Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong skills in consultative selling and discovery techniques.
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to improve sales prep and performance.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of experience selling UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, or PaaS solutions.
