What you will do
- Execute high-energy outbound activity to build and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Lead high-quality discovery conversations to uncover customer goals and business pain points.
- Deliver outcome-focused product demos tailored to small business needs to showcase platform value.
- Proactively manage deals through Salesforce, ensuring meticulous documentation and accurate forecasting.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and internal resources to refine pitches and accelerate the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
- 2+ years of proven inside sales success in fast-paced, high-activity environments.
- Proven experience managing sales pipelines within Salesforce CRM.
- Strong skills in consultative selling and discovery techniques.
- Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to improve sales prep and performance.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience selling UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, or PaaS solutions.
