What you will do

• Lead current state assessments involving process mapping, stakeholder discovery, and pain point synthesis.
• Develop future state visions and prioritized transformation roadmaps grounded in business reality.
• Own detailed solution design, including requirements gathering, process redesign, and capability definition.
• Facilitate alignment workshops and working sessions with senior client stakeholders.
• Act as the connective tissue between leadership strategy and the technical delivery team.
• Utilize modern AI tools to accelerate discovery and help clients reshape their operating models.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment.
• Fluency in transformation design, business process re-engineering, and capability design.
• Proven ability to translate high-level roadmaps into detailed requirements.
• Must be based in LA or Orange County, CA with the ability to be on-site at client locations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience facilitating senior-level alignment sessions.
• AI-forward mindset with active use of AI tools in professional workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with service design, interaction design, or User Experience (UX).
