What you will do
- Lead current state assessments involving process mapping, stakeholder discovery, and pain point synthesis.
- Develop future state visions and prioritized transformation roadmaps grounded in business reality.
- Own detailed solution design, including requirements gathering, process redesign, and capability definition.
- Facilitate alignment workshops and working sessions with senior client stakeholders.
- Act as the connective tissue between leadership strategy and the technical delivery team.
- Utilize modern AI tools to accelerate discovery and help clients reshape their operating models.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment.
- Fluency in transformation design, business process re-engineering, and capability design.
- Proven ability to translate high-level roadmaps into detailed requirements.
- Must be based in LA or Orange County, CA with the ability to be on-site at client locations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience facilitating senior-level alignment sessions.
- AI-forward mindset with active use of AI tools in professional workflows.
