What you will do

• Lead the decomposition of complex, cross-functional business processes to expose structural inefficiencies and escalation drivers.
• Independently facilitate discovery workshops and interviews with senior executive stakeholders to build trusted advisor relationships.
• Convert business findings into actionable requirements for Solutions Architects and Data Engineers.
• Own and drive delivery lanes end-to-end, including planning, client communication, and risk escalation.
• Define current and target-state architectures using structured analytical frameworks like Lean Six Sigma.
• Produce enterprise-grade analytical deliverables, including process maps and value stream analyses.

Requirements

• 6+ years of management consulting experience at a Big Four, tier-two, or leading boutique firm.
• Proven track record of independently owning executive-level client relationships.
• Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping.
• Technical fluency in data schemas, system integrations, and ERP landscapes.
• Experience mapping and transforming end-to-end value chains across multiple industries.
• Ability to utilize AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate research and analysis.
