What you will do

• Own the B2B web experience and conversion infrastructure, including revamping landing pages, building ROI calculators, and optimizing conversion paths.
• Drive the case study and proof engine by building a repeatable case study pipeline and creating segment-specific proof assets.
• Own B2B content strategy and thought leadership, developing an editorial calendar and building for AI-native search and B2B content discovery.
• Support the B2B ads playbook and build the marketing motion on top of PLG signals.
• Leverage the Product Qualified Account model and automate insight extraction from Gong, support, and product data.
• Create a feedback loop between product usage and marketing, instrumenting the journey from free user to enterprise deal.

Requirements

• Has personally built or significantly contributed to a B2B marketing function at a product-led growth company that was transitioning from self-serve to sales-assisted or enterprise.
• Can go from raw qualitative and quantitative data to a clear marketing strategy with prioritized bets.
• Can write high-quality B2B copy and also build the conversion infrastructure around it.
• Comfortable with BI tools and can build dashboards, pull their own data, and make decisions based on metrics.
• Uses AI tools daily in their own workflow and can build automated pipelines for content production, competitive monitoring, customer insight extraction, and reporting.
• Can operate with minimal direction in a fast-moving startup and brings recommendations, not questions.
