What you will do
- Own the end-to-end design quality of the Marketplace, including search, results, listings, comparison, and enquiry flows.
- Partner with the Product Manager to shape briefs, challenge assumptions, and drive evidence-based product decisions.
- Solve complex UX problems regarding accessibility, trust signals, and information hierarchy in a high-stakes emotional domain.
- Develop and contribute scalable patterns and components to the design system.
- Utilize AI tooling to prototype and iterate quickly on product ideas without compromising craft.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of product design experience, ideally with marketplace, platform, or B2C products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both craft rigour and systemic thinking for complex UX problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with minimal ramp-up time.
- Proficiency in presenting design decisions with clear rationale and evidence.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London, UK.
