TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (two core office days)

hirify.global is a London-based startup changing how the UK finds, manages, and pays for care using an AI-native platform.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end design quality of the Marketplace, including search, results, listings, comparison, and enquiry flows.
  • Partner with the Product Manager to shape briefs, challenge assumptions, and drive evidence-based product decisions.
  • Solve complex UX problems regarding accessibility, trust signals, and information hierarchy in a high-stakes emotional domain.
  • Develop and contribute scalable patterns and components to the design system.
  • Utilize AI tooling to prototype and iterate quickly on product ideas without compromising craft.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of product design experience, ideally with marketplace, platform, or B2C products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both craft rigour and systemic thinking for complex UX problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Proficiency in presenting design decisions with clear rationale and evidence.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI for prototyping and iteration.
  • Background or deep interest in the care sector.
