What you will do

• Manage customer relationships from the executive level down to the end user.
• Be forward deployed in Germany to scope agentic workflow use cases for the engineering team.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver and exceed customer AI/ML objectives.
• Proactively identify customer needs and operator pain points to ensure success.
• Oversee the onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Proven track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving.
• Basic understanding of GenAI/ML.
• Willingness to initially travel 50% of the time to Germany and ultimately relocate there.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical program management within industry or government.
• Technical background in computer science, economics, statistics, or engineering.
• Proven track record in B2B client-facing roles and expanding client relationships.
• Prior experience owning technical implementations for government entities.
• Domain expertise in modeling and simulation, joint planning, or intelligence workflows.
