Location: 100% onsite in Las Vegas, NV

Salary: $58 per hour

What you will do

• Schedule and manage audio stagehand crews, including both Union and Non-Union labor.
• Oversee the installation, operation, and programming of audio systems and control boards.
• Supervise the maintenance and repair of all audio equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate technical advances with artist representatives and visiting production crews for successful show execution.
• Troubleshoot real-time issues in a time-sensitive environment and oversee equipment load-out.
• Implement audio changes and manage playback and specialty audio systems under the direction of the Director of Audio Systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in audio design and engineering for live events, film, television, or themed entertainment.
• Technical proficiency with Ravenna, Dante, AES67, Meyer Sound D-Mitri, Q-Sys, and Smaart.
• Required to have completed the OSHA 30-Hour training course.
• Physical ability to carry and lift 50 lbs or more, work at heights, and perform extensive standing/walking.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Completion of at least 60 college credit hours or equivalent certifications/trade school.

• Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) skills or the ability to read construction drawings.
