Location: Must be based in Boston, MA, USA (onsite daily)
Salary: $39–$45 per hour

What you will do
- Provide elevated AV, Broadcast, and Unified Communications (UC) support for clients.
- Perform white-glove executive and event meeting management in Zoom, Teams, and Crestron environments.
- Troubleshoot system issues using a wide range of test equipment to verify and document performance.
- Manage inventory flow for the onsite global AV team and customer content management systems.
- Collaborate with project and design teams to ensure installations meet professional standards.
- Coach and develop less experienced team members on technical skills.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, WebEx, Polycom, Logitech, DTEN, Crestron, Extron, Shure, and Cisco systems.
- Basic to advanced networking skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Strong verbal communication and professional customer service skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently.
- Ability to work onsite daily in Boston, MA.
