What you will do

• Oversee all on-site installation activity, ensuring projects are completed on time and without interruptions.
• Lead and delegate tasks to multiple installation crews, subcontractors, and union trades.
• Maintain strict quality control on all field work and resolve discrepancies in installation standards.
• Interpret functional design drawings and cable riser diagrams to guide the physical installation.
• Perform advanced fiber optic cable handling, termination, and testing.
• Coordinate with project managers to report progress and resolve roadblocks for successful completion.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel throughout the Continental US up to 50% of the time
• OSHA 30 Certificate required
• 5+ years of experience as an installation technician or in a related industry.
• Advanced proficiency in AV installation and low voltage electrical concepts.
• Experience with the installation and commissioning of Samsung video walls.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems on-site without supervision.

Nice to have

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• AVIXA CTS or CTS-I Certification.
