TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY

Compensation: $107,000 – $120,000 (Total expected cash)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding and ramp experience for all new CS hires, including curriculum and milestone design.
  • Design and execute "everboarding" programs, skill-building sprints, and certification refreshes for tenured CSMs.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive CS playbook library for renewals, expansions, and escalations.
  • Manage CS tooling adoption and best practices for platforms like Gainsight, Salesforce, and Gong.
  • Integrate AI into team workflows to help CSMs scale their impact.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to keep CS messaging and product knowledge current.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in CS Enablement, L&D, or CS Operations.
  • Proven track record of building onboarding programs from scratch with measurable improvements in ramp-time.
  • Strong instructional design skills and experience in adult learning.
  • Expertise in facilitation, presentation, and workshop leadership.
  • Familiarity with CS tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, and Gong.
  • Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Ability to define and track success metrics for enablement programs.
