What you will do

• Lead and manage Deal Desk resources, including quotes and pricing approvals.
• Oversee the movement of deals through the sales process and validate signed paperwork for booking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and Finance to ensure compliance with accounting and internal processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving tools or contracts-related issues.
• Drive strategic projects to enhance productivity and simplify the sales cycle.
• Partner with Analytics teams to maintain data quality in Salesforce and Ironclad.

Requirements

• Proven managerial experience in Deal Desk operations.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet management and Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced business environment with an international focus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
