What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert on products, pricing models, and packaging to provide strategic quoting support to the sales team.
• Structure complex, non-standard, or multi-solution deals to maximize revenue and minimize cycle time.
• Coordinate with legal, revenue, finance, and product teams to align on deal structures and contract language.
• Lead deal reviews and early-stage checkpoints to identify and resolve potential blockers.
• Analyze discounting metrics and pipeline patterns to recommend process improvements and policy updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Proven experience structuring multi-product, multi-year, or non-standard commercial arrangements.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms and contract language directly with enterprise customers.
• Deep understanding of subscription, consumption-based, and hybrid pricing models.
• Must be based in the United States
