Product Partnerships Manager (Healthcare AI): Developing and delivering strategic health partnerships to power the Copilot Health product and related capabilities with an accent on relationship development, negotiation, and product strategy. Focus on identifying high-impact partners, executing in-market delivery, and synthesizing market insights to inform product roadmaps.
Location: Must be based in the US (New York), with an expectation to work from the office at least four days per week.
Salary: $165,600 – $303,600 per year

What you will do
- Establish and cultivate relationships with internal leaders and external partners to drive in-market execution.
- Collaborate with product and clinical leaders to prioritize future feature sets and identify necessary partners.
- Lead individual projects from inception to final delivery, including deep research and financial analysis.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitors, business models, and industry trends to inform strategy.
- Operate as a self-sufficient contributor spanning high-level strategy and ground-level execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Sciences, or a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare (startups, consulting, VC, or business development).
- Must be based in the US.
- Deep knowledge of the US healthcare market.
- Strong numerical analysis (Excel) and financial literacy, including P&L and balance sheets.

- Exceptional ability to build trusting relationships with executive-level partners.
- Strong communication and high-quality presentation skills using PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to work with autonomy and maintain momentum in rapidly changing, ambiguous environments.
