Salary: $165,600 – $303,600 per year

What you will do

• Establish and cultivate relationships with internal leaders and external partners to drive in-market execution.
• Collaborate with product and clinical leaders to prioritize future feature sets and identify necessary partners.
• Lead individual projects from inception to final delivery, including deep research and financial analysis.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitors, business models, and industry trends to inform strategy.
• Operate as a self-sufficient contributor spanning high-level strategy and ground-level execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Sciences, or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare (startups, consulting, VC, or business development).
• Must be based in the US.
• Deep knowledge of the US healthcare market.
• Strong numerical analysis (Excel) and financial literacy, including P&L and balance sheets.
