Salary: $110,000–$135,000

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and network building to closing deals with DSOs and Insurance companies.
  • Conduct deep discovery calls and deliver effective sales presentations to C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Develop prospect-specific strategies based on organizational goals and business challenges.
  • Manage a pipeline using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and RocketReach to hit monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Handle negotiations and legal calls to finalize business agreements.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows and conferences to build a strong industry network.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of professional B2B experience, preferably in dentistry or technology.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA (E-Verify).
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Deep understanding of how DSOs and dental insurers operate.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong analytical skills and mental agility to handle a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Experience working within healthcare, dental, or AI industries.
  • Proven track record in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Experience working in regulated environments.
