What you will do

• Serve as the relationship lead for DHA, target directorates, and senior leaders to identify needs and align them with company solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that drive new business revenue.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to identify opportunities across the Military Health System and Service medical commands.
• Support the qualification of opportunities and the continuous development of a new business pipeline.
• Analyze policy impacts, including TRICARE and DoD health affairs guidance, to inform growth strategies.
• Maintain regular contact with executive-level decision-makers to ensure alignment and strengthen partnerships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working with DHA, Service medical commands, or the Military Health System in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of building and managing relationships with DHA officials and defense health policy leaders.
• Deep knowledge of military healthcare delivery systems, TRICARE, and direct/purchased care model frameworks.
• Strong understanding of DHA's technology strategy and modernization initiatives.
• B.S. degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
