TL;DR

Business Development Manager (AI/Cloud): Driving market expansion and generating new business opportunities for AI and cloud solutions with an accent on consulting services and enterprise-level sales. Focus on proactive prospecting, building client pipelines, and managing complex negotiations across fintech, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.

Location: Must be based in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island

Salary: $170,000–$180,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Source and qualify new business opportunities across North America.
  • Build and manage a robust client pipeline in target verticals.
  • Execute outbound prospecting via email, calls, and social channels.
  • Coordinate discovery and qualification conversations with prospects.
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive deal closures.
  • Attend industry events and client meetings with approximately 30% travel required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales or BDM experience in consulting or services-led environments.
  • Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
  • Experience selling technology services and managing client negotiations.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously without day-to-day supervision.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
