What you will do

• Act as the on-the-ground DRI for customer outcomes, driving renewals and account expansion through successful deployment.
• Define and enforce deployment standards to ensure repeatable, high-quality, and on-time delivery.
• Identify and frame new AI workstreams within accounts to unlock additional business value.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Finance, and Ops to resolve blockers and streamline execution.
• Translate customer experiences into actionable feedback that shapes the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
• Technical or quantitative background (CS, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or STEM).
• Background as an operator in enterprise AI/data products, strategy consultant (BCG, McKinsey, Bain), or technical PM/Engineer.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact for C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel 30-50%, including international trips.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI or data infrastructure products.
