What you will do

• Set the enterprise vision and strategic direction for customer delivery, implementation, support, and customer success.
• Transform disparate delivery functions from acquired businesses into a cohesive, scalable enterprise framework.
• Build and scale a modern SaaS delivery model for complex, mission-critical implementations.
• Execute strategies for AI-powered customer support and AI-driven implementation workflows to accelerate time-to-value.
• Strengthen executive-level client relationships to drive adoption, retention, and long-term value.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align product design with delivery capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven executive leadership experience leading large-scale services, delivery, or customer success organizations.
• Demonstrated success in transforming and scaling delivery functions across multiple business units or acquisitions.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native enterprise SaaS delivery models and cloud platform migrations.
• Track record of building scalable delivery frameworks and flexible talent models.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada and the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability security clearance.
• Strong data and analytics orientation for driving strategic decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience operating in high-growth, PE-backed, or transformation-oriented environments.
• Familiarity with mission-critical or public safety technology environments.
