TL;DR

Bank/Credit Union Contact Center Customer Service Representative (Fintech): Providing financial support and assistance to customers of financial institution clients with an accent on issue resolution and system security. Focus on navigating multiple software products, verifying member information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Location: Must live within approximately 70 miles of Allen, TX; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO or Monett, MO. Candidates within 30 miles of Springfield or Monett will be hybrid (2-3 days onsite after training).

Salary: $34,320–$37,500 per year

What you will do

  • Act as a financial representative for client customers, performing duties similar to an over-the-phone personal banker.
  • Assess and resolve a wide range of customer questions and issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure system security by verifying member information prior to modifications according to strict security requirements.
  • Communicate customer needs to appropriate personnel and follow escalation procedures for complex issues.
  • Participate in team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and quality review sessions.

Requirements

  • Must reside within a 70-mile radius of Allen, TX; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO or Monett, MO.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Ability to work an assigned schedule in a 363 days/year call center, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (shifts between 7 AM - 12 AM CT).
  • Must provide own stable internet connection with minimum 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload speeds.
  • Proven ability to remain calm in stressful situations and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Clear and understandable communication skills.
