Salary: $65,000–$80,000

What you will do
- Own the full client relationship lifecycle from sales hand-off through go-live.
- Ensure successful engagements for clients, investors, legal teams, and fund administrators.
- Identify and resolve risks, gaps, or delays in the onboarding process.
- Translate complex legal and operational requirements into clear, actionable workflows.
- Synthesize customer feedback to drive product and process improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through platform capabilities and best practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in client success or relationship management.
- Basic understanding of fund formation processes and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with APIs and SFTP workflows.
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior executives.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using AI tools in a professional setting.
