• Own the full client relationship lifecycle from sales hand-off through go-live.
• Ensure successful engagements for clients, investors, legal teams, and fund administrators.

• Translate complex legal and operational requirements into clear, actionable workflows.
• Synthesize customer feedback to drive product and process improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through platform capabilities and best practices.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in client success or relationship management.
• Basic understanding of fund formation processes and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with APIs and SFTP workflows.
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior executives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using AI tools in a professional setting.
