Customer Experience Representative (Fintech)

TL;DR

Customer Experience Representative (Fintech): Providing high-level support for users via phone, email, and chat with an accent on financial product expertise in equities and options trading. Focus on resolving complex user issues and translating customer feedback into product improvements.

Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Westlake, TX). In-person attendance expected 5 days per week during the 10-week onboarding period, then at least 3 days a week.

Salary: $27.20 - $33 per hour

• Develop deep subject matter expertise in complex financial concepts, including equities, margin, and options trading.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer support.
• Ability to effectively defuse customer anxiety and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Schedule flexibility, including availability for evening and weekend shifts.
• Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, or Westlake, TX.
