Location: Remote (Must be based in Charlotte, Houston, Nashville, Orem, Reno, or Tucson)

Salary: $19 – $21 per hour

What you will do

  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers to provide support.
  • Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles, drivers, and lienholder information.
  • Assist customers with detailed questions regarding insurance coverages and policy benefits.
  • Implement retention strategies to find solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong passion for helping others.
  • Must be based in one of the specified US locations.

Nice to have

  • P&C license (company provides payment for obtaining this within 60 days).
