Salary: $19 – $21 per hour

What you will do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers to provide support.
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles, drivers, and lienholder information.
- Assist customers with detailed questions regarding insurance coverages and policy benefits.
- Implement retention strategies to find solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.
- Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong passion for helping others.
- Must be based in one of the specified US locations.
Nice to have
- P&C license (company provides payment for obtaining this within 60 days).
