What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers as the primary post-sale contact.
  • Drive product utilization by aligning capabilities with customer goals and delivering strategic ROI reviews.
  • Own renewals by monitoring health metrics, mitigating risks, and maintaining high retention rates.
  • Act as an internal customer advocate, collaborating with Product and Support to influence the roadmap.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with Account Managers to expand accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B Customer Success with a track record in driving adoption and retention.
  • Strong grasp of CS frameworks, lifecycle management, and subscription renewal processes.
  • Experience with HubSpot, ChurnZero, or similar CS platforms.
  • Ability to navigate high-stakes conversations across all stakeholder levels.
  • Must be comfortable working as a contractor.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Korean language proficiency.
