What you will do

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors at strategic accounts.
• Create and execute customer-specific success plans to oversee onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales to transition accounts from pre-sales and identify expansion opportunities.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to align on progress and highlight ongoing value.
• Handle escalations regarding deployment or productivity issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks to customer outcomes and business goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• 5+ years of customer engagement or account management experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Ability to travel more than 25% of the time.
• Strong customer orientation with experience managing complex projects and conflicting requirements.
• Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Industry cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or CISM.
• Customer Success certifications.
